Using DealNest
DealNest is a marketplace where independent software vendors sell license codes and plans directly to buyers. By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
Purchases and licenses
Each deal grants the plan, limits and duration described on its product page at the time of purchase. Licenses are issued by the vendor and are subject to the vendor's own terms of service. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product, for the plan purchased.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once at checkout through Stripe. Taxes may be added where required. Promotional pricing, coupons and membership discounts apply only as stated.
Refunds
Purchases are covered by the refund policy, including a 60-day money-back guarantee on deals. Refunded licenses are deactivated.
Plus membership
DealNest Plus is a recurring subscription that renews until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; benefits continue until the end of the paid period. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Reviews and community content
Only verified buyers may review products. You are responsible for what you post and grant DealNest a licence to display it. We moderate submissions and may remove content that is misleading, abusive or incentivised.
Sellers
Vendors listing on DealNest agree to a separate partner agreement covering revenue share, fulfillment, support obligations and payouts.
Liability
Software is provided by its vendors. To the extent permitted by law, DealNest's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase in question.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect.
